ආපසු භාර දිය හැකි අවස්ථා
භාණ්ඩය හානි වී ලැබුණු විට හෝ ඇණවුම් කළ දෙයට වඩා වෙනස් භාණ්ඩයක් ලැබුණු විට, භාණ්ඩය ලැබී දින 7ක් ඇතුළත අප දැනුවත් කරන්න. හානිය/වෙනස පෙන්වන ඡායාරූපයක් එවන්න.

නිවැරදි භාණ්ඩය නැවත එවීම හෝ මුදල් ආපසු ගෙවීම ඔබට තෝරාගත හැක.
ආපසු භාර නොගන්නා දේ
භාවිතා කළ භාණ්ඩ, ඔබේ මැනුම් අනුව විශේෂයෙන් මසා දුන් සිවුරු සහ පූජා කළ භාණ්ඩ ආපසු භාර නොගනී.
මුදල් ආපසු ගෙවීම
අනුමත වූ පසු, Card ගෙවීම් මුල් card එකටම වැඩකරන දින 7-14ක් ඇතුළත ආපසු යයි. COD ඇණවුම් සඳහා බැංකු ගිණුමකට බැර කරයි.

Refund & Return Policy
When you can return
If an item arrives damaged or is different from what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of receiving it and send a photo showing the problem.
Resolution
You may choose a replacement or a refund.
Not returnable
Used items, robes made to your custom measurements, and items already offered are not returnable.
Refunds
Once approved, card payments are refunded to the original card within 7-14 working days. COD orders are refunded to your bank account.
